Those are starting points, not flat rates — the real number is home-dependent. Every quote begins with a design rendering of your house, so you approve a picture, not a promise.

Why do quotes vary from house to house?

Same reason roofing quotes do: the house sets the number. Roofline length and height, second-story peaks, tree and shrub wraps, and how much of the property you want lit all move the price within that $750–$4,000 range. A single-story ranch in Papillion with a simple eave line sits near the bottom; a two-story with gables, wrapped trees, and a lit entryway climbs toward the top.

What's included that DIY isn't?

The install is the smallest part of what you're buying. The all-inclusive price also covers the custom design and rendering before you commit, commercial-grade LEDs that stay ours to maintain and replace, service throughout the season if a section ever goes dark, takedown in January, and storage until next year. No tangled totes in the garage, and your ladder can finally retire with dignity.
